Our Story

Craftsmanship Rooted in Tradition

Tapiceria Gallegos Upholstery was founded on a simple belief: the pieces you love deserve to last. What began as a small family shop has grown into one of Oklahoma City's most respected upholstery studios — and we haven't lost sight of that personal commitment.

Every chair, sofa, and bench that enters our workshop is treated with the same attention to detail as if it were our own. We combine time-honored hand-stitching techniques with modern materials, so your furniture looks beautiful and performs beautifully for years to come.

Kind Words

What Our Clients Say

We let our work speak for itself — but these are a few of the things our neighbors have shared.

They restored my grandmother's rocking chair and I honestly couldn't tell the difference from new. The attention to detail was remarkable, and they were so respectful of the piece's history.

Margaret T. Oklahoma City, OK

We had our entire restaurant seating reupholstered — 40 chairs and 10 booths. The quality was consistent across every single piece, and the project was completed right on schedule.

David R. Restaurant Owner, OKC

I brought in a mid-century modern sofa that was falling apart. They reconstructed the frame, replaced all the foam, and picked out a fabric that perfectly matched the era. Absolutely stunning result.
